The city of Waterloo held a utility meeting Monday to review reports from each department of city government.
The city was expected to hear reports on subdivisions and zoning, the city budget, community relations, building inspections, public works, and police, as well as updates from the mayor and city attorney.
Officials were also expected to review petitions and hold a closed executive session to discuss personnel issues.
