City of Carbondale Liquor Advisory Board to consider liquor license transfer

The Liquor Advisory Board of Carbondale, Illinois will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 7.

The board will consider the transfer of an existing A2 liquor license (restaurant – serving all alcoholic liquors) held by Fujiyama at 715 North Giant City Rd. to 225 North Giant City Rd.

In addition, the board will review an application for a Class K license (movie theater) for American Multi-Cinema Inc. (dba AMC Theatres University Place 8) at 1370 East Main St.

The meeting will be held at City Hall, 200 South Illinois Ave.
