The Board of Education of the Waterloo, Illinois Community Unit School District (CUSD) No. 5 held a special meeting earlier this month.
The purpose of the meeting was to hold a closed executive session to discuss performance and compensation of personnel.
The meeting was held at the Gardner Elementary School, 1 Ed Gardner Place. Brian Charron is the superintendent of schools for Waterloo CUSD No. 5.
