The Committee of the Whole of the City Council of Columbia, Illinois met yesterday to discuss the redevelopment agreement with Main Street Redevelopers LLC for the Main Street Abbey Project.
The committee also discussed elected officials salaries; an amendment to the sign code (electronic message boards); and the City Treasurer position.
Also to be reviewed was the Monroe County Economic Development Corp.; Columbia Bluffs apartments; and the Fox Run Phase II final plat.
