The Columbia, Illinois Public Library Board of Trustees met earlier this week to discuss card fees for non-residents.
The board also discussed the treasurer’s report and the library director’s report.
Patron behavior and the endowment fund were also topics to be discussed by the board. The board was also scheduled to vote to approve current bills.
