1. Call to Qrder
County Board Chairman, called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 5:30 P.M., in County Board Room.
2. Roll Call
Upon the call of roll, the following committee members were present: Randy Edwards, Jeff Williams, Robert White Arrived at 5:35 P.M.; Justin Fulkerson,
Absent: Steve Draege,
Others present: Tim Marlow, Sean Wilkey, Bob Watt, Joyce Damron, James Malone, Wayne Hicks, Clifford Lindemann Brandon Simmons, Sandra Wellmaker, and various media.

A. Pay Monthly bills.
- Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Jeff Williams to recommend to the full board to approve monthly claims as presented,
- Motion carried: Ayes 3 (White, Williams, and Edwards). –0 Nay
B. Monthly fuel; diesel and gasoline
-Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to award fuel to Gateway FS the price of: $ 1.5700 per gallon for diesel, and $ 1,4400 per gallon for gasohol, combined price $ 3,0100
- Motion carried: 4 Ayes- (White, Edwards Williams, and Fulkerson,) - 0-Nay
