Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Nail, to approve the minutes from the November 22, 2016 meeting. Carried
Department Activity Report
The department activity report was included in packets. Chief Brittingham corrected the report dates as 11/14 – 12/14/16.
