Old Business
I. Power Plant
1. Plant Report
Eckart said that it is business as usual. The IMEA Generation Committee training will have limited space, so immediate sign up will be needed and the training requests will come to the council as soon as possible thereafter.
II. Safe Routes to School
Jeff Mueller said that IDOT Central Bureau does not like the city’s reason for rejecting the Fournie bid. The City will either be on the March letting or else IDOT will force the City to award Fournie the contract. Either way, the project funding is still in place.
III. West Line Water Main Extension Phase III Project
Eckart said he is waiting on the contractor to start later this week or early next week. It is a 30 calendar day completion contract, with a notice to proceed date of 11/28/16, therefore the city has the option of liquidated damages, if the project is not completed by 12/28/16.

VI. North Water Tower
Eckart was instructed to contact Rhutasel to proceed with setting up the bid documents for the North Water Tower work.
