Village of Bourbonnais Community and Economic Development Committee met Feb. 8.

Here is the agenda as provided by the Committee:

1.ROLL CALL

Present for roll call was Village President Schore, Trustee Amiano, Trustee Greenlee, Trustee Fischer, Trustee King, Trustee Keast, and Trustee Littrell. Also present Village Administrator Van Mill, Finance Director Wolf, Assistant Administrator Laurie Wimberly, and Village Attorney Pat Dunn are all present.

2.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None

CLOSED SESSION:

Trustee King arrived.

A motion was made by Trustee Keast and seconded by Trustee Littrell to enter into closed session for The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired, as found in 5 III. Comp. Stat. Ann. 120/2(c)(5). Motion passed on a voice vote of 6-0. The committee entered into closed session.

A motion was made by Trustee Keast and seconded by Trustee Littrell to return into open session. /\\otion passed on a voice vote of 6-0. The committee entered back into open session.

NEW BUSINESS:

a.Ed Hayes dedication of naming SOOON or Burns Road after him. This decision is being taken under advisement for the next meeting.

7.ADJOURNMENT AND TIME

A motion was made by Trustee Keast and seconded by Trustee Littrell to adjourn the committee meeting. Motion passed on a voice vote of 6-0 and the meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
