The meeting was called to order by Lamar Houston, President.
The roll call was as follows:

A motion was made by Mike Curtis, second by Jeremy Greenley to employ Lisa Essex as secretary for the 2017-2018 school year. The roll call was as follows: Jeremy Greenley, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Lisa Essex, abstain; Terry Shafer, yea; Mike Curtis, yea; Diane Blaney, yea; Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 6, 1 abstain. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Jeremy Greenley to adjourn to the regular meeting. All voted yea. Motion carried.
