1. Resolution 2-2018 Providing for a Feasibility Study on the Designation of Areas as

Redevelopment Project Areas.

2. Ordinance 5-2018 Authorizing the Establishment of Tax Increment Financing

“Interested Parties” Registries and Adopting Registration Rules for These Registries.

3. Presentation of TIF Feasibility Study.

4. Motion to Proceed with TIF plan.

5. Presentation of TIF Plan.

6. Motion to place the TIF Plan & Feasibility Study on file (10 days) and to approve

sending the TIF Plan & Feasibility Study to all affected taxing districts.

7. Request for street light at corner of W. Herrin St. and Camarato Dr.

8. Ordinance 6-2018 Amending Chapter 21 (Liquor Code) to Increase the Number of

Class “B”, “D”, “E” and “G” Licenses and Add Class “J”.

9. Ordinance 7-2018 Authorizing Sale of Personal Property.

10. Authorize extension of Southern Illinois Bank Lease to purchase two (2) additional

police vehicles.

11. Authorize purchase of one (1) police vehicle from Admin Tow Fund.

12. Renew Health Insurance.
