Village of Coulterville Village Board met Monday, June 17.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session at 7:00 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members; Knope, Wine and Campbell. Long, Dyson and Wright were absent.

Moved by Knope, second by Campbell to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes. 

Moved by Wine, second by Knope to approve Minutes for June 3, 2019 regular meeting. All Ayes. 

Moved by Knope, second by Campbell to approve payment of invoices for June 17, 2019 with the exception of the Nashville Masonry Statement. The financial and park committees require documentation to quantify material charges. All Ayes. 

Moved by Wine, second by Knope, to approve May 2019 Treasurer's Report. All Ayes.

REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Financial report: Nothing to report. 

Cemetery report: Nothing to report.

 Sewer report: Nothing to report. 

Park report: Nothing to report. 

Recycle report: Nothing to report. 

Water report: Nothing to report. 

Street report: Maintenance crew has begun patching streets. Oiling and chipping map had a couple of small areas added.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT/GUESTS

A second meeting will be held at 6 pm, Tuesday, June 18th at the Methodist Church for those interested in organizing a fall festival.

OLD BUSINESS:

The old playground area at the ballpark was discussed. No action was taken, an estimate of $14.000 was presented for the 50 x 75-feet concrete pad which included the retaining wall, rock, reinforcing metal, concrete and labor. It was discussed that the park building should be finished before taking on any additional projects.
