City of Red Bud Cultural Committee met Oct. 17.

Others Present: Acting Mayor Susan Harbaugh, Code Admin. Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, City Attorney Paul Ray

Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf called the meeting to order at 6:22 P.M.

New Business

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting September 19, 2022

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the minutes from the September 19, 2022, meeting. Motion Carried

II. Approval of 2022 Sleigh Ride on December 19th and 20th, 2022

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker to approve the sleigh ride on December 19th and 20th, 2022. Motion Carried.

III. Request from St. John the Baptist School to Collect at Four Way Stop on October 29, 2022

Recommendation made by Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to approve the request from St. John the Baptist to collect on October 29, 2022. Motion Carried.

IV. Request from NHS to Collect at the Four Way on November 26, 2022.

Recommendation made by Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the request from St. John the Baptist to collect on November 26, 2022. Motion Carried.

VI. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
