SPRING LIMB REMOVAL
The City of Columbia will provide tree limb removal for City trash customers the weeks of April 3rd and April 10th.This service is for garbage customers only.Columbia trash customers should have tree limbs out for removal by: 6:00 a.m. on Monday, April 3rd and April 10th.The City will have the entire week to remove the tree limbs from your residence. One trip will be made throughout the City each week, therefore eliminating the need to backtrack to certain areas.Instructions:Tree limbs must be eight inches or less in diameter.No whole trees, roots, grass clippings, honeysuckle or yard waste will be accepted.Tree limb removal is NOT intended FOR WHOLE TREE REMOVAL or TREE TOPPING; it is only intended for tree trimming and pruning.Please place tree limbs in front of your residence close to the curb (not in the street, sidewalk or alleys).Do not park vehicles in front of the tree limbs.Questions?
