Council Members Present: Mike Rheinecker, Bill Hanebutt, Kyle Donjon
Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker, City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Committee Chairman Piel called the meeting to order at 6:41 P.M.
Old Business
I. Comprehensive Plan
Chairman Piel reported that the RFQs are in and last week they met with the planning commission and narrowed them down to three companies to interview on Wednesday, September 13th at 6:00 P.M.
II. Red Bud Business Park Expansion Project
Nothing additional.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting July 24, 2023
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Piel, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the July 24, 2023, meeting. Motion Carried.
II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
None
