Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf called the meeting to order at 6:14 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting September 18, 2023
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the minutes from the September 18, 2023, meeting. Motion Carried
II. Red Bud Masonic Lodge Chili Cook Off Request for November 18, 2023
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member DeMond to approve the request from the Red Bud Masonic Lodge to reserve the city parking lot next to TuLayne’s Tavern and to close West South First Street on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 5:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. for a Chili Cook Off . Motion Carried.
