One Randolph County resident in his or her fifties tested positive for COVID-19 on October 7, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 147 positive cases reported in Randolph County among residents in their fifties, accounting for 14.8 percent of all cases in the county. Through October 7, Randolph County has reported a total of 995 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 13 of which have ended with the victim’s death.
