One Randolph County resident under 20 years of age tested positive for COVID-19 on October 7, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 123 positive cases reported in Randolph County among residents under 20, accounting for 12.4 percent of all cases in the county. Through October 7, Randolph County has reported a total of 995 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 13 of which have ended with the victim’s death.
