Administrators in Waterloo Community Unit School District 5 earn an average of $108,048 per year, ranking 401st lowest in the state, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

The average salary in the district in 2024 was 4% higher than in 2023 and 2.5% more than in 2022. District administrators made 9.5% less than the state average of $119,384.
