Recent renovations were carried out by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, which included a new roof, updated electrical systems, and restored woodwork for the historic shelter.

The concert is open to all members of the public and will feature live music alongside an available food vendor. Attendees are invited to enjoy an evening outdoors while supporting the local band.
