1. Resolution No. R-2025-08, a resolution to be placed on file authorizing the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, to enter into a Swimming Pool Management Service Agreement for the Management of the City Pool with Jo C. Summers. Please see attached.

2. Request from Perry County Health Department to discuss the City adopting a Tobacco/Nicotine Free Policy for the City Park. Please see attached.

3. Request from Taps & Vine for car stops for the mural wall of their building and to use the City parking lot behind their building on August 16, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a fundraiser for Baby Sarah’s Playground. Please see attached.
