2. Resolution No. R-2025-03, a resolution to be placed on file authorizing lease of real estate owned by the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois for agricultural purposes – Steve and Brent Epplin. Please see attached.

3. Request approval of an emergency purchase of a Toshiba VFD plus installation for high service pumps at the water plant from Illinois Electric Works in the amount of $5,793.75 to be paid from the water fund/equipment repairs. Please see attached.
