I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting January 19, 2026
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member Mueller, to approve the minutes from the January 19, 2026, meeting. Carried
II. Approval of Buena Vista’s Request to Host Easter Egg Hunt at Ratz Park on March 28, 2026
Recommendation made by Committee Member DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to authorize approval of the request from Buena Vista Bank to host an Easter Egg Hunt on March 28, 2026, at Ratz Park Carried
III. Approval of Liberty Bell of the West Daughter’s of the American Revolution Request to Display a Banner at Ratz Park
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member Mueller, to authorize approval of the request from the Liberty Bell of the West Daughter’s of the American Revolution to display a banner at the Veteran’s Memorial in Ratz Park from June 14 – July 4, 2026, promoting America250 and to place small flags for each of the forty-five Revolutionary War Veterans from Randoph County on June 14th and July 4th. Carried
IV. Approval of David Friess Request to Use Red Bud Sports Complex for Electronic and Recycling Event on July 11, 2026, from 9AM-Noon
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member Mueller, to authorize approval of the request from David Friess to use Red Bud Sports Complex for an electronics and recycling event on July 11, 2026, from 9AM-Noon. Carried
