Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the minutes from the June 16, 2025, meeting. Carried
II. M&S Auction Service, LLC – E.S. Second Street Closure Request – August 10, 2025, from 7AM-5 PM for Williams’ Auction
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to authorize approval of the request from M&S Auction Service, LLC to temporarily close a portion of E.S. Second Street on August 10, 2025, from 7 AM – 5 PM for the Williams’ auction. Carried
III. Randolph County Shriner’s Club Request to Collect at the Four-Way Stop – August 22, 2025, from 2:30-6 PM
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to authorize approval of the request from the Randolph County Shriner’s Club to collect at the four-way stop on August 22, 2025, from 2:30-6:00 PM. Carried
IV. Red Bud Lions Club Request to Collect at Four-Way Stop on October 3, 2025, from 4-8PM and October 4, 2025, from 8AM-12PM
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to authorize approval of the request from the Red Bud Lions Club to collect at the four-way stop on October 3, 2025, from 4-8 PM and October 4, 2025, from 8 AM-Noon. Carried
V. Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament – September 5, 2025 – Team and Sponsorship
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Parsons, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to authorize approval to sponsor a team at $300 and a hole sponsorship of $50 for the September 5, 2025, Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament. Carried
