Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf called the meeting to order at 6:24 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting February 17, 2025 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the minutes from the February 17, 2025, meeting. Carried

II. Approval of Chamber of Commerce 2025 Calendar of Events Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to approve the Chamber of Commerce 2025 Calendar of Events, as presented. Carried

III. Approval of Red Bud Area Museum to Sell Donuts at the 4-Way Stop – Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 8AM-12PM

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the request from the Red Bud Area Museum to sell donuts at the 4-way stop on Saturday, April 12, 2025, 8AM-12PM. Carried

IV. Vendor Ordinance – Ice Cream Truck

Recommendation made by Committee Chaiman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to approve the request from Tom and Abagail Steibel to operate an ice cream truck on Red Bud streets, according to Red Bud City Code 2021 Book of Ordinances, Chapter 106. Carried

V. Red Bud Fire Department – Fireman’s Picnic Special Requests Letter Recommendation made by Committee Chaiman Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the special request from the Red Bud Fire Department for their annual Fireman’s Picnic on June 27, 28 and 29, 2025. Carried
