Committee Chairman Nevois called the meeting to order at 6:11 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – January 20, 2025

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Nevois, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to approve the minutes from the January 20, 2025, meeting. Carried

II. CD Information

A. Maturing CDs

The next CDs maturing are May 16, 2025.

III. Financial Dashboard

Chairman Nevois reviewed the financial summary. The budget is at 75% of the fiscal year, the revenue is at 104% (+$112,398) of the budget, while expenses are at 32% (-$3,770,940) of the budget.

IV. Red Bud Fire Department Equipment Requests

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Nevois, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to authorize approval of the Red Bud Fire Department proposal to proceed with their plan to sell Unit 4618 and 4615 by sealed bid, and to use the funds to outfit Unit 4619 with an Extendobed and camper shell, etc. Carried
