Committee Chairman DeMond called the meeting to order at 6:07 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – March 17, 2025

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Piel, to approve the minutes from the March 17, 2025, meeting. Carried

II. Annual Pay Increase/CPI Information

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to approve authorization to give an annual pay increase based on the CPI Index of 2.9% to all city employees, effective the first full pay period in May, exempting the pool employees, crossing guards and co-op student. Carried

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman DeMond, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve authorization to increase parks and utility part-time employees, exempting the co-op employee, to $17.00/hour after the CPI of 2.9%, effective the first full pay period in May. Carried
