Committee Chairman Hanebutt called the meeting to order at 6:23 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – February 17, 2025 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Nevois, to approve the minutes from the February 17, 2025, meeting. Carried

II. Departmental Activity Report

The monthly department activity report was included in the packets.

III. Training Request for John Brittingham – ILEAS Conference – 03/30-04/02/25

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the request to send John Brittingham to training entitled: “ILEAS Conference” in Springfield, Il on March 30-April 2, 2025, NTE $600.80 for transportation, meals, and lodging. Carried

IV. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

None
