Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rick Cooper, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Adm./City Eng. Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Officer Jill Landgraf, City Clerk Joanne Cowell Committee Chairman Donjon called the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M.

New Business

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – May 19, 2025

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Nevois to approve the minutes from the May 19, 2025, meeting. Carried

II. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

Committee Chairman Donjon asked about weed removal at the playgrounds. Superintendent Eckart said they are already on it.

Mayor Harbaugh said the pool is up and running. There have been issues in the pump house, which the utility department has handled. There was a swim meet. The new roof is finished. Things are moving along.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:04 P.M.
