Council Members Present: Mike Rheinecker, Bill Hanebutt, Kyle Donjon 

Council Members Absent: None

Others Present: Mayor Susan Harbaugh, City Attorney Rebecca Cooper, Code Admin./City Engineer Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Others Absent: City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Admin. Officer Jill Landgraf

Mayor Harbaugh called the meeting to order at 6:36 P.M.

New Business

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting January 20, 2025

Recommendation made by Committee Member Nevois, seconded by Committee Member Schwartzkopf, to approve the minutes from the January 20, 2025, meeting. Carried

II. Approval of Volkert Addendum for Engineering Services for Expansion of Phase I Code Admin. Mueller said this addendum will allow for the extension of the driveway and utilities to the ditch, adding lots 29, 30, 31 & 38.

Recommendation made by Committee Member Schwartzkopf, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to authorize approval of Volkert, Inc. Supplemental Agreement No. 3 – Red Bud Industrial Park Additional Services, NTE $27,000. Carried
