On Friday, Feb. 14, former Columbia High School standout Dominic Voegele’s current college team, the Kansas Jayhawks, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place at Chapman Field. This was their first matchup against the Islanders this season.

The Jayhawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 5 p.m. at Chapman Field against Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.
