On Saturday, March 1, former Columbia High School standout Dominic Voegele’s current college team, the Kansas Jayhawks, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Omaha Mavericks.
The game took place at Equity Bank Park. This was their third matchup against the Mavericks this season.
The Jayhawks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12 p.m. at Hoglund Ballpark against Omaha Mavericks.
