Columbia High School standout Jaylyn Brister’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Tuesday, March 11

On Tuesday, March 11, former Columbia High School standout Jaylyn Brister’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 15-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits.

The game took place at Billiken Sports Center. This was their first matchup against the Jackrabbits this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 1 p.m. at Mary M. Bell Field against Central Michigan Chippewas.
