Columbia High School standout Jaylyn Brister’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, March 14

On Friday, March 14, former Columbia High School standout Jaylyn Brister’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Mary M. Bell Field. This was their first matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Mary M. Bell Field against Central Michigan Chippewas.
