On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Columbia High School standout Jaylyn Brister’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 6-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Ole Miss Rebels.
The game took place at Lamson Park. This was their first matchup against the Rebels this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1:10 p.m. at Lou Brock Sports Complex against Green Bay Phoenix.
