Village Of Coulterville Board of Trustees met September 5.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to Order in the Community Center for regular Session. On Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 7:00pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Knope and Harvey. Wine and Campbell were absent.

• Moved by Dyson, Second by Knope to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.

• Moved by Harvey, second by Knope to approve Minutes for August 21, 2017 regular meeting. All Ayes.

•Moved by Long, second by Knope to approve payment of in Voices for August 7, 2017. All Ayes.

Reports And Communications:

• Financial report: Nothing to report.

• Cemetery report: Nothing to report.

• Sewer report: Nothing to report.

• Park report: Getting bids for Walking track repairs & maintenance.

• Recycle (Trash report: Set cleanup day for October 14, 2017. Try and set up an electronic recycle day.

• Water report: The Water level at the lake is two feet low.

• Street report: Have parking lanes repainted this fall and add School cross Walk.

Public Announcements/Guests:

• The Chamber Will have the Village Wide yard sales this Saturday.

• The Chamber will host the fall festival on September 23".

Public Comment:

New Business:

• Moved by Dyson, second by Long to approve Ordinance 17-523 amending the service process for ordinance Violations. All Ayes.

• The asphalt areas and Walking track at the ballpark are in need of patching and Sealing. Knope met with a contractor and has received one quote. She is still checking With others.

Old Business:

• Dyson is to draw a layout of the community center for the placement of acoustical panels. No action Was taken at this time.

•Moved by Knope, Second by Dyson to adjourn at 7:25 pm. All Ayes.
