City of Red Bud Public Works Committee met Sept. 16.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

Committee Members Present:Curt Guebert (6:04), Kyle Donjon, Bill Hanebutt, Mike Rheinecker

Committee Members Absent:Clem Esker

Council Members Present: Jeremy DeMond, David Friess (6:49), Susan Harbaugh

Others Present:Mayor Tim Lowry, City Attorney Paul Ray (6:27), City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Police Chief John Brittingham (6:10), Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker, City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Others Absent:Code Administrator Jeff Mueller

Mayor Lowry called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

I.East Industrial Park Infrastructure Development

Jeff Rensing and Dave Oates of Oates Associates Inc. delivered a presentation of their firm and what they had to offer in the development of the East Industrial Park. They spoke and answered question until 6:23 P.M. and then left the Council Chambers.

The tape was paused from 6:23-6:28 until Rhutasel representatives arrived to give their presentation.

Tim Pruett and Greg Hahn of Rhutasel and Associates Inc. then delivered their presentation. They spoke and answered question until 6:53 P.M. and then left the Council Chambers.

II.Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

None

Meeting was adjourned at 6:53 P.M.
