MOTION: by Lively, second by Phillips to appoint Devan Downard as the New Board Member for a the remainder of the term replacing former Vice President Misty Doerflein. Five in favor, none opposed.
MOTION: by Catt, second by Lively to approve the Superintendent Contract for Erica Hicks under the proviso revisions discussed in Closed Session.
