Jason Kasiar, a lifelong resident of Illinois and Republican candidate for state House District 118, knows the value of hard work and serving his community.
A graduate of Eldorado High School, Kasiar is the owner of Beck’s Long Term Care Pharmacy, Beck’s Home Healthcare Products and Beck’s Drugs. His family has owned Beck’s Drugs, a local pharmacy, since 1969.
Kasiar attended the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Later, he was the pharmacist in charge at Beck’s Drugs. In 2012, he took over the business.
The president of the Eldorado School Board, Kasiar learned the value of service from his parents and from volunteering throughout Southern Illinois. Today, he volunteers and donates to students, schools and charities.
He is on the Eldorado Youth Athletics Board, where he is the treasurer. He also serves on the board of directors at the Egyptian Health Department of Eldorado, the board of directors at Ferrell Hospital, the Illinois Pharmacists Association Board of Directors, the Pharmacy Development Services Board of Directors and is a community member of the Rural Health Clinic of Ferrell Hospital.
