The City of Columbia Committee of the Whole is going to discuss the Valmeyer Road Culvert in a meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Columbia City Hall.
There will be a presentation from St. Louis Steamers Select Soccer Club, while the committee will discuss developments regarding the Admiral Trost subdivision. There will be a discussion about the FY 2016-2017 budget as well.
During the final part of the meeting, there will be an executive session.
