The City of Carbondale Sustainability Commission met yesterday to discuss the former Koppers Wood Treating site.
The Sustainability Commission oversees various energy conservation and recycling efforts, including the use of renewable energy sources such as solar energy. It also advises the City Council regarding energy conservation provisions in the Building Code.
