A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ONE $1,750,000.00 TAX ANTICIPATION WARRANT IN ANTICIPATION OF THE COLLECTION OF TAXES LEVIED FOR 2016BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, MOUNT VERNON TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 201 FOR EDUCATION PURPOSES

Consideration and action on a Resolution authorizing the issue of approximately $6,151,800 General Obligation Debt Certificates (Limited Tax), Series 2016, of Township High School District Number 201, Jefferson County, Illinois, providing for the security for and means of payment under said Certificates, and authorizing the sale of said Certificates to the purchaser thereof.

E. Education Fund Line of Credit in lieu of Tax Anticipation Warrants.

F. Operations and Maintenance Fund Line of Credit in lieu of Tax Anticipation Warrants.
