Cail to Order
Highway Committee Chairman called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 5:35 P.M., in County Board Room.
Roll Call
Upon the call of roll, the following committee members were present: Steve Draege, Jeff Williams, Robert White, and Justin Fulkerson.
Randy Edwards arrived at 5:45 P.M. Others present: Tim Marlow, Brandon Simmons, Sandra Wellmaker, and various media.

Pay Monthly blils,
- Motion by Robert White and seconded by Jeff Williams to recommend to the full board to approve monthly claims as presented,
- Motion carried: Ayes 4 (Draege, White, Williams, and Fulkerson). -0 Nay
Monthly fuel: diesel and gasoline
-Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to award fuel to Symenergy at the price of: $ 1.6300 per gallon for diesel, and $ 1.6000 per gallon for gasohol, combined price $ 3.2300
- Motion carried: 4 Ayes - (Draege, White, Williams, and Fulkerson,) – 0 -Nay
Approval of Highway Department Credit Card. -Motion by Robert White and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to allow the County Engineer to apply for a credit card, providing it stays with the budgetary line item.
- Motion carried: 4 Ayes - (Draege, White, Williams, and Fulkerson,) -0-Nay
Approval of Subdivision.
Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to approve Martin SubDivision as presented.
