COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: CLIFF LINDEMANN, CHAIRMAN, JOYCE DAMRON & BOB WATT

OTHERS PRESENT: JAMES MALONE, RANDY EDWARDS, SEAN WILKEY, TIM MARLOW, JEFF WILLIAMS, STEVE DRAEGE, TERRY KNOWLES, CONNIE SIMMONS AND MEDIA
No one was present for public input.
VOIP proposals from two vendors (Futiva & Metro Park) were discussed. Motion by Bob Watt seconded by Joyce Damron to adopt Metro Park option 2 for our VOIP carrier for a five year period.
Voice vote — 3 aye, 0 nay
Motion by Bob Watt seconded by Joyce Damron to add $100 a month to next budget for a consultation fee for Mr. Terry Knowles. Voice vote-3 aye , 0 nay
Motion by Joyce Damron and seconded Bob Watt by to recess at 6:35 p.m. Motion Carried. Vote – 3 aye, O nay
