1. Call to Order
County Board Chairman called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 6:30 P.M., in County Board Room.
2. Roil Cal
Upon the call of rol, the following committee members were present: Steve Draege, Randy Edwards, and justin Fulkerson Absent: Jeff Willians
Other present: Sean Wilkey, Cliff Lindemann, Joyce Damron, James Malone, , Bob Watt, Sandra Wellmaker, Brandon Simmons, and media,

A. Pay Monthly bills.
- Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to approve monthly claims as presented.
- Motion carried: Ayes 3 (Draege, Fulkerson, and Edwards),

B. Monthly fuel; diesel and gasoline
- Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the fullboard to award fuel to Gateway FS the price of: $1.6200 per gallon for diesel, and $1.4900 per gallon for gasohol, combined price S3,1100
- Motion carried: Ayes 3 (Draege, Fulkerson, and Edwards).

Approval of Culvert/Driveway Policy.
Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to approve the Culvert/Driveway Policy, allowing a charge of $ 10.00 per foot of culvert, to individuals, to help cover installation.
