The Jefferson County Land, Tax and Appointments Committee met Oct. 20 to sell delinquent tax properties.

Motion by Tim Marlow and seconded by Robert White to recommend to the full board to approve the sale of delinquent tax property parcel #02-14-404-003 to the Village of Dix with the agreement to waive the count's portion of the sale price. Motion carried. Vote - 3 aye, 0 ney (Wilkey did not vote, Board Chairman White established the quorum for the vote)
Motion by Robert White and seconded by Tim Marlow to adjourn.
Motion carried. Vote - 4 aye, 0 nay
