Here is the minutes as provided by the Committee:

Committee Chairman Nail called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

Old Business

I.Financial Update

Superintendent Eckart explained the worksheets of the operating cash flow and the 5-year plan accounts of each the electric, gas, water and sewer funds. It was the general consensus to not transfer any funds between the operating and 5-year plan cash accounts at this time and to get Dustin Ziebold’s input.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
