Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 10 am. Those present Tammy Ehlers, Jessica Doerr-Berger, Allan Karnes, Maureen Berkowitz
Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve minutes of November 4, 2016 meeting by Allan Karnes, 2nd by Jessica Doerr Berger. Motion carried.
Pending PTAB
Discussion of any cases currently at PTAB level.
Old Business
Parcel 18-03-400-004 Maureen Berkowitz believes part of value should be moved to farm buildings. amount of buildings to move $47,543 full value. Value to stay the same but should be identified as farm buildings as that is the use of the buildings.
