It was moved by Alderman Reis and seconded by ALderman Ebersohl, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of the City council held Monday, November 21, 2016 as on file at City hall. Motion passed 7 to 0.

The report of the community development department was presented to the council

Vouchers to be paid
Motion: It was moved by Alderman Roessler, and seconded by Alderman Martens, to authorize the payment of vouchers received through December 1, 2016 in the amount of two hundred eighty eight thousand, five hundred eighty five dollars and forty four cents ($288,585.44). Motion passed 7 to 0.

Motion was moved by Alderman Roessler, and seconded by Alderman Reis, to approve the statement of funds through October 31, 2016 as presented and on file at City Hall. Motion passed 7 to 0.

1. Ordinance no. 3293 - Appoint member to library board - Rodney Schreckenberg Mr. Morani explained this appointment was for the position previously occupied by Levi Ottwell.
Motion:
It was moved by Alderman Agne, and seconded by Alderman Ebersohl, to approve ordinance no. 3293, an ordinance appointing a replacement member, Rodney Schreckenberg, to the board of library directors. Motion passed 7 to 0.
