Committee Chairman Esker called the meeting to order at 7:53 P.M.

I. Property Maintenance Ordinance
This will be included in the next meeting packet for line by line discussion.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting November 22, 2016
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Thompson, to approve the minutes from the November 22, 2016 meeting. Carried
II. Planning Commission
1. JoAnne Stotz Variance
Jeff Mueller said that JoAnne Stotz wants to move Grace’s Closet to 818 E Market St. The house has a white enclosed porch for a small gift shop. Most of her business is through eBay. It is currently zoned R-4.
2. Darla Hollman Rezoning
Darla Hollman purchased Elaine Krebel’s property, west of Concept Kitchens and wants to change the front three acres from agriculture to B-2 to build her own fitness building. The back three acres, she wants changed from A-1 to R-2.
Both hearing will be on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.
